- If the customer/participant wants to be sure that he/she will have access to his/her room before 3 p.m., this is only possible if the customer/participant pre-registers: this means that the previous night must be booked at the normal applicable rates.
- The official check-out time is 11:00 AM. In case of late check-out and/or extensions until 2:00 PM, an additional fee of €35 will be charged. Furthermore, the possibility of an extension will always depend on the room’s availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Smoking ban / anti-drug policy
Sleep Inn Antwerp has a strict anti-drug policy. The sale, possession, and use of drugs are strictly prohibited on the premises and in the buildings. This also applies to the improper sale, use, or possession of nitrous oxide. Smoking is prohibited in the buildings, including hotel rooms. If any of the above violations are detected, the hotel will charge a €250 fine and the person(s) will be asked to leave immediately. If our fire alarm system is triggered due to your negligence, we will be forced to enter the room to ensure the safety of other guests and yourself. Covering a smoke detector results in a €500 fine, and the person(s) will be asked to leave the hotel immediately. For this reason, the hotel may, at its discretion, request a deposit equal to the potential fine.
Fire prevention and safety procedures
